As a massive fan of Tamika Empson, her comic timing and delivery is superb, (I first got to know her on Three Non Blondes), I knew she deserved to be on national TV. Now the news gets even better. (See below)

Explosive EastEnders exit: Gay lovers Syed and Christian leaving Albert Square in massive shake-up

The characters - dubbed 'Chryed' by fans - will leave in November in a big storyline that bosses are keeping under wraps
Two of EastEnders biggest stars are leaving the soap in a massive shake-up.
Marc Elliot, 32, and John Partridge, 40, who play gay lovers Syed Masood and Christian Clarke, are being written out.
The pair, dubbed Chryed by viewers, have a devoted following with dozens of fan sites.
They will make their exit in November in an explosive storyline that bosses are keeping under wraps.
Executive producer Lorraine Newman said: “Marc and John have been a fantastic part of the show and their characters have been a huge success.
“Their storylines have broken boundaries that have not been seen in a soap before and the love for them by the viewers can be seen in their ‘Chryed’ fans.
"When Marc announced he had decided to move on, we had a tough decision to make.
“After numerous conversations, which included John, it was decided that there is only one outcome for Syed and Christian.
"We wish them both all the best for the future.”
Fans have seen Syed struggle with his love for Christian in the face of disapproval from his devout Muslim family.
In 2010, 9.5 million tuned in for the dramatic fall-out of their affair as his girlfriend Amira, played by Preeya Kalidas, finally discovered his cheating.
Marc said: “I have had a brilliant time on EastEnders and made some amazing friends. I have also been blessed with some incredible storylines.
“I am especially pleased that the show has tackled and raised awareness of the sensitive subject of being a gay Muslim.”
He added: “As an actor you are always looking for new challenges and I feel now is the right time to explore different projects – perhaps returning to my roots in theatre.”
John added: “I have had the time of my life at EastEnders, but I have always gone with my instincts – and leaving at the same time as Marc felt like the only thing to do.
"It is the right end to the story and for Christian. But, excitingly, it is also the start of a whole new chapter for me.”
The portrayal of Syed and Christian’s relationship was praised as “forward-thinking” by viewers and equality groups.
But the pair have been caught up in some controversial moments.
Former EastEnders boss Bryan Kirkwood was forced to defend a scene showing the pair in bed and sharing a kiss after the BBC received 125 complaints when it was aired before the watershed.
In a statement, he said the corporation approached the portrayal of gay relationships in “exactly the same way” as heterosexual ones – and insisted the scene was suitable for pre-watershed viewing.
Some viewers also complained after Syed was shown slamming down a copy of the Koran on a table.
Bosses said the scene was not meant to offend, but to show Syed’s “utter confusion”.
In 1987, EastEnders screened one of the first ever gay snogs on primetime TV when barrow-boy Barry Clark kissed his yuppie boyfriend Colin Russell.
